We're Tom and Damien, co-founders of Vale.

We started Vale because we couldn't ignore the struggles we saw in estate administration.

As a probate lawyer in NSW for five years, Tom had the privilege of guiding families through their loved ones' final wishes.

However, the reality of endless paperwork, administrative delays, and repetitive tasks - like chasing super funds or filling out the same form hundreds of times - left little time for what mattered: being there for clients.

That's when we knew there had to be a better way.

With Damien's 20 years of software engineering expertise, we built Vale to be your trusted compass, helping individuals, lawyers, institutions, and courts navigate this delicate process with clarity and efficiency.

We've designed a platform to simplify the process, automate the burdens, and create space to honour those who are no longer with us.
